** As part of David’s next UK tour (rescheduled to April/May 2022 due to COVID-19) he has been invited to perform at the Georgian Theatre Royal in the historic market town of Richmond, North Yorkshire. Built in 1788 this is Britain’s oldest working theatre still in its original condition, and a personal favourite of Sir Ian McKellen. It is also regarded as one of the most beautiful theatres (if not the most beautiful) in the country, and therefore enjoys its status as a true British icon. David has wanted to perform at this theatre for years so he is very pleased to be able to check this box on his bucket list!
David’s often funny, often touching memoir, “Fame Can Wait” is now available both in print and as an e-book. To order a print copy please email David at email@example.com or to order electronically from any of the major booksellers (except Amazon) follow this link. This is a truly entertaining insight into the life of an actor and musician, and as the title suggests, it proves that you don’t have to be famous in order to write an autobiography. Lovers of David’s music and humour will really love this, and people not familiar with his work will find it a very engaging introduction.
